fpdb/pyfpdb/pokereval.py
gimick 46022509de pypokereval: fixes to allow py2exe to compile. Also, place win32 dependencies
in pyfpdb (pyfpdb files can be deleted when there is a site-package on win)

This commit allows fpdb+pypokereval to work on win32 machines without having
 to manually install pypokereval files
